We quote individually for each house-sitting job. Please note the hourly rates below are NOT relevant to holiday house and pet sitting. Depending on the animals to be cared for and breaks allowed. No obligation for interview sitters fares are paid in full or part depending on how local they are. If they are far away you do a zoom and take it from there we can arrange an interview after that if required.   

Dog walking is from £21 per dog an hour group/ £25 individual . (NW, North, Central  London, Herts, Middlesex ). 

Hourly / Short (less than a day ) Pet  Sitting, or half days, evening in your home £21  an hour –  tops out after 6 hours. We offer short sits and pet sitting for a minimum of 2 hours. Fares are only paid for interviews unless otherwise arranged and areas as above. 

Cat visits are £25 per hour for up to 2 cats. £35, 3 cats, £45, 4 cats.

Nb – bank holidays are a 50 % premium, New Year’s Day and Christmas Day is double (weekend days on a bank holiday weekend that are not officially a bank holiday will be charged at 50 % extra)

PAYMENT : 

 Once your pet/s has been matched with a suitable sitter, we will contact you with their details. They will then contact you to arrange to meet with you and your pet/s in your home. If both the sitter and you are happy to proceed after this visit, at this point, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. If rebooking a sitter you have used before, the deposit payment is due within 48 hours of you confirming dates. The remaining 50% must be paid 48 hours before the sitter commences the sit. If for any reason this has not been paid, the booking will be cancelled. If you pay the balance on time and cancel for any reason after 48 hours, you will not be refunded.

Short pet sits less than a week, payment is required in full at time of booking – if you cancel with 48 hours’ notice of 9 am the day your sit starts, you will be refunded 50%. If you cancel within 48 hours for any reason, you will not be refunded.

If you book your sitter on Zoom, subject to an in-person interview, the payment or deposit, depending on the length of the sit, is due after the Zoom and will be refunded if you are not happy with your sitter. When you have the interview in person, this is for house sits.

 For any overnight/holiday sits, you will be charged a day rate rather than nightly rates regardless of when your sitter arrives and leaves the only time this differs is if you are leaving very early in the morning and the sitter arrives early the night before then it’s a 50% charge nb c. 6.30 pm or after.
 For standard bank holiday dates, you will be charged 50 %, and for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, you will be charged double time. If your booking falls on a bank holiday weekend, then 50 % extra will be charged for all days, including Friday and Monday. Xmas Eve and New Year’s Eve are counted as bank holidays.
 We provide a FREE first visit in which the sitter will come and meet you and your pet/s, after this, any subsequent visits you may wish to have will be chargeable.
 Our sitters will charge petrol costs at 45p per mile, or Public Transport costs for the first FREE visit and sometimes for the arrival journey and departure journey for your holiday sit if agreed. We will always try to find a pet sitter who is relatively close to you. Travel expenses must be paid directly to your pet sitter.
